Tennessee (3-1, 0-1 SEC) hosted No. 1 Texas (3-0, 1-0 SEC) in Week 4 of the 2026 college football season. The Longhorns won, 20-17, at Neyland Stadium.
2029 tight end prospect Carson Clark visited Tennessee for the Texas football game. He also received a scholarship offer from the Vols.
"It was an incredible experience today in Knoxville, and I am looking forward to spending more time at Rocky Top," Clark announced after the game. "After great conversations with Alec Abeln, I am blessed to receive a Division 1 Football offer to Vol football."
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound prospect is from Cambridge High School in Milton, Georgia.
Clark also has scholarship offers from Kennesaw State, Samford, Georgia Tech, Florida, Georgia and Liberty.
The Vols will next
play Saturday against Auburn at Neyland Stadium. Kickoff between Tennessee and the Tigers is slated for 3:30 p.m. EDT. The SEC matchup will be televised by ESPN.
