Team USA defeated China, 7-0, Wednesday, in the Women's Softball World Cup at Devon Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Team USA advances to the Women's World Cup Finals in 2027.

Former Lady Vol Karlyn Pickens and Rachel Garcia combined to pitch a no-hitter for Team USA. Pickens started and pitched three innings. She recorded four strikeouts and 56 pitches, including 35 strikes, against 12 batters. Pickens allowed two walks.

Garcia pitched three innings and recorded six strikeouts. She totaled 37 pitches, including 29 strikes.

Pickens made her tournament debut on Monday and pitched a five-inning complete game in Team USA's, 9-0, victory over New Zealand. She allowed one hit and recorded 10 strikeouts. Pickens totaled 48 pitches, including 38 strikes.

Former Tennessee player and current assistant coach Aubrey Leach also competed in the Women's Softball World Cup for Team USA. She recorded a .462 batting average, one home run, one double, four runs, two RBIs, two walks and one stolen base.
