Larson's No. 5 car passed post-race inspection and won't require a trip back to the R&D Center, NASCAR announced on Sunday night. It was an impressive victory for Larson, who was able to pass chase Briscoe and hold off Austin Cindric in the closing laps of the Hollywood Casino 400.
While Larson arguably had the best car on Sunday afternoon, it required a near-perfect Final Stage to secure the victory. It was a very impressive
run for the driver of the No. 5 car, who firmly holds the lead in the Chase standings. Larson is red hot to start the Chase and hopes to carry this momentum into Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
