The NASCAR O'Reilly Series is returning to EchoPark Speedway in 2027; however, it won't be the traditional setup. The O'Reilly Series will compete at EchoPark in February on Saturday, as usual. Unfortunately for the NASCAR level, it has lost its summer date at EchoPark to the NASCAR Truck Series.
Instead of running the O'Reilly Series at EchoPark in the summer, NASCAR will put the Truck Series under the lights. In 2026, the summer date at the venue was very tough for the O'Reilly Series, as most of the Final Stage was under caution. Now, it has lost its date, and it is unclear if that has any correlation.
The 2027 NASCAR schedule hasn't been revealed yet so it is unclear what will replace the date. The O'Reilly Series has 33 races per season,
so they must be returning to a track that wasn't on the 2026 calander. While it is disappoinintg to lose a date, the O'Reilly Series will still compete at the venue in February.
