NASCAR O'Reilly Series standings with 8 races left in the 2026 Chase

The NASCAR O'Reilly Series began the Chase on Saturday night, and it was a thrilling show. Sheldon Creed and the No. 00 team for Haas Factory Team won at Darlington Raceway, earning their second victory of the 2026 O'Reilly Series season. Meanwhile, Justin Allgaier struggled in the closing laps, shrinking his championship lead.

Leaving Darlington, Allgaier only holds a seven-point advantage over Creed for the lead in the Chase. There are eight races remaining, so there is plenty of time; however, it wasn't an ideal start for the No. 1 seed. For Creed, it was a much-needed victory at Darlington.
