Kaden Honeycutt is currently in his first full-time NASCAR Truck Series season with TRICON Garage. While Honeycutt hasn't won many races, he continues to run well in the No. 11 truck. However, what does the TRICON Garage driver's future look like in the NASCAR Cup Series?
If Honeycutt sticks with Toyota, Legacy Motor Club would be his most likely option in the Cup Series for the 2028 season, as reported by FOX Sports' Bob Pockrass. It doesn't appear that Honeycutt will have an opportunity to race in the Cup Series during the 2027 NASCAR season.
Erik Jones, John Hunter Nemechek, and Riley Herbst are expected to be Legacy Motor Club's drivers in 2027. If Honeycutt impresses and earns a Cup Series ride with Toyota, one of those drivers would leave.
For now, Honeycutt will focus on winning the 2026 Truck Series championship with the No. 11 team for TRICON Garage.
