The North Carolina Tar Heels continue to prepare for the 2026-27 college basketball season, getting set for another exhibition game this weekend. This time, the Tar Heels will head to Indianapolis to face off against Indiana on Sunday.
But the future of the program is in recruiting classes.
On Wednesday, the Tar Heels got involved with a 2029 prospect, offering J.J. Crawford. Now, a day later, the Tar Heels are getting involved with a new 2027 recruit. North Carolina has offered 7-foot-4 center Cherif Millogo, officially entering the race for the talented 2027 recruit.
David Sisk reports that the offer came after Michael Malone and staff visited him at his high school on Wednesday.
