Luana Santos vs. Yana Santos UFC Fight Night 292 expert pick, prediction
Filling out the main card is a showdown between the same surname as Yana Santos takes on Luana Santos.
Striking may largely be a means to an end for both women at space, but I'd argue that Yana (formerly
Yana Kunitskaya) carries a bit more sting to her shots. That said, I have to give the submission edge to the Brazilian fighter, Luana.
A black belt in judo, Luana should be able to have the slight edge in the key junction that will be the clinch. But with the clinch also being an area where the Russian fighter does her best work, I'm expecting an ugly, drawn-out affair in close quarters.
I'll reluctantly pick Luana to edge out a contentious decision on the cards.
