Aieza Bertolso was in – and out – of her UFC tryout in the blink of an eye.
At Dana White's Contender Series 94 on Tuesday, Bertolso (8-0) made quick work of opponent Camila Reynoso (9-2), as she hit an inverted d'arce choke submission for the stoppage at 3:02 of Round 1. The women's strawweight bout opened the card at Meta APEX in Las Vegas.
Bertolso immediately brought the fight to the canvas before she quickly wrapped her arms around Reynoso's head. Reynoso survived for as long as she could, putting up a valiant effort before the tap. Bertolso's implementation of the body lock proved to be the difference maker.

Brazil's Bertolso, 25, entered the bout as the LFA strawweight champion. She has six finishes in eight pro fights.
The Samurai Fight House champion, Argentina's Reynoso has a three-fight winning streak snapped.
