The UFC's first numbered event of 2027 will land in Canada.
UFC 336 will take place Jan. 30 in Toronto, the promotion's first visit to the city in more than three years. The event goes down at Scotiabank Arena.
The date and location for UFC 336 were revealed during Saturday's UFC Fight Night 291 broadcast from Edmonton, where a record 12 Canadian fighters were in competition for a single card.
UFC 336 marks a significant moment for UFC in Canada. With numbered events shifting from pay-per-view to Paramount+ in the U.S. and elsewhere in 2026, those in "The Great White North" were still being charged pay-per-view prices. That will be no more in 2027, with numbered cards in Canada moving to Paramount+.
Welterweight champion Islam Makhachev (29-1 MMA,
18-1 UFC) vs. Carlos Prates (24-7 MMA, 7-1 UFC) has been rumored as a potential headliner for UFC 336, but the organization did not make any fights official during the unveiling of the event.
