Another featherweight fight between promotional newcomers has been added in its place, with undefeated prospect Sean King set to clash with Jessie Rosas, who is the younger brother of UFC bantamweight standout Raul Rosas Jr.

Three people with knowledge of the of the removal and new booking verified the news to MMA Junkie on Friday. The people requested anonymity because the organization has yet to make an official

announcement. Marcel Dorff first reported the news on X.

King (6-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), was expected to compete on the ongoing season of Dana White's Contender Series, but will instead get a direct signing into the octagon to take on Rosas (8-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who was expected to make his debut against Miles Johns on Aug. 8 but was removed from the bout on fight week due to a medical issue.
