Main event: Brendan Allen

Brendan Allen, UFC Fight Night 278 portrait

Record: 27-7 MMA, 15-4 UFC
Opponent: Christian Leroy Duncan (15-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC)
Division: Middleweight
Key wins: Edmen Shahbazyan, Reinier de Ridder, Marvin Vettori, Chris Curtis, Paul Craig, Bruno Silva, Andre Muniz, Krzysztof Jotko, Jacob Malkoun, Sam Alvey, Punahele Soriano, Karl Roberson, Kyle Daukaus, Tom Breese, Kevin Holland
Misc.: After consecutive losses to likely upcoming title challenger Nassourdine Imavov and Anthony Hernandez killed the momentum of a seven-fight winning streak, the 30-year-old Allen will seek his fourth straight win on a climb back to contention. His current three-fight streak the past 15 months includes a bonus-winning decision over ex-title challenger Vettori; a win over former two-division ONE titleholder de Ridder in which he made him quit after four rounds in a main event; and another Fight of the Night with his decision over Shahbazyan.

Main event: Christian Leroy Duncan

Christian Leroy Duncan def. Jared Cannonier, UFC Fight Night 281

Record: 15-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC
Opponent: Brendan Allen (27-7 MMA, 15-4 UFC)
Division: Middleweight
Key wins: Jared Cannonier, Roman Dolidze, Marco Tulio, Eryk Anders, Andrey Pulyaev, Claudio Ribeiro, Denis Tiuliulin, Dusko Todorovic
Misc.: England’s Duncan has been a busy man. He went 3-0 in 2025, including back-to-back bonus-winning knockouts by way of proverbial spinning sh*t. And in 2026, he’s going after another 3-0 campaign against Allen. He’s been heavily favored in four of the five fights on his current winning streak. Only his knockout of Tulio was an upset. But this week, he’s in that rare spot, for him, of being an underdog against Allen.

Co-main event: Matheus Camilo

Record: 11-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC
Opponent: Jai Herbert (14-6-1 MMA, 4-5-1 UFC)
Division: Lightweight
Key wins: Nazim Sadykhov, Viacheslav Borshchev
Misc.: After an upset loss to Gabe Green in his UFC debut in 2025, Brazil’s Camilo has rebounded with back-to-back wins. The most impressive victory of his career came in June when he upset Sadykhov in just 91 seconds with a wicked knockout.

Co-main event: Jai Herbert

Record: 14-6-1 MMA, 4-5-1 UFC
Opponent: Matheus Camilo (11-3 MMA, 2-1 UFC)
Division: Lightweight
Key wins: Mandel Nallo, Rolando Bedoya, Kyle Nelson, Khama Worthy, Cain Carrizosa, Jack Grant, Steve O'Keeffe, Rick Selvarajah, Chasen Vance, Erdi Janjeva, Tony Morgan, Ben Bennett, Omid Mousavi
Misc.: It’s been seven years since Herbert had a winning streak. But he finally could have two in a row with a win over Camilo. The former Cage Warriors champion lost his first two UFC fights. After he got his first win in the promotion in 2021, he hasn’t won or lost two straight since. A two-fight stretch of a win and a draw with Ludovit Klein was as close as he’s come to a streak since his CW days. Now he gets a shot at it in the co-feature.
