Jon Jones takes umbrage with Islam Makhachev being considered the potential greatest of all time.
Makhachev (29-1 MMA, 18-1 UFC) entered the GOAT discussion after defending his welterweight title with a win over Ian Machado Garry at UFC 330 this past Saturday. Makhachev also previously defended his UFC lightweight title a division record four times.
It wasn't too long ago when Jones said Makhachev may just be one of the greatest fighters alongside himself, but the former two-division UFC champion wanted to remind everyone of his total title wins.
"Hopped on social media and heard there was a new goat? I’m so confused make it make sense."

Makhachev broke the record for most consecutive victories in UFC history with 17, but Jones (28-1 MMA, 22-1 UFC) thinks his total title wins of 16 is more impressive.
"You guys thought I was gonna just sit there and let you call someone else GOAT?"
