"The Hangman" is coming off back-to-back stoppage losses to Arman Tsarukyan and Benoit Saint Denis. Prior to that, he scored three-straight wins over Claudio Puelles, Jalin Turner, and Mateusz Gamrot.
Parnasse (23-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC), a former two-division KSW champion, is coming off a first-round knockout of Kenneth Cross at MVP MMA on Netflix in May. The 28-year-old defended his KSW lightweight title four times.

According to BetWay, Parnasse is a -400 favorite to beat perennial lightweight contender Hooker, who is a +300 underdog.
