The Green Bay Packers ruled out three starters, including two along the offensive line, and listed wide receiver Matthew Golden among four players designated as questionable to play on "Thursday Night Football" against the Carolina Panthers in Week 8.
The Packers will be without center Sean Rhyan (ankle), right guard Travis Glover (knee) and linebacker Zaire Franklin (shin), who were all ruled out on the final injury report. Rhyan and Glover were injured during Sunday's loss to the Detroit Lions; Franklin will miss his second straight game after injuring his shin during practice last Thursday.
Golden was deemed a non-participant on Monday and Tuesday but returned for Wednesday's walkthrough practice, and the Packers listed him as questionable
to play through foot and shoulder injuries. Edge rusher Brenton Cox Jr., defensive lineman Anthony Campbell and defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt are also questionable to play.
Golden's status might not be known until inactives are released 90 minutes before kickoff on Thursday night. The Packers have Christian Watson, Savion Williams, Bo Melton, J. Michael Sturdivant and Coleman Owen as healthy options at wide receiver entering Week 8.
Left guard Aaron Banks got in his first "full" practice since suffering a toe injury in Week 2 and could be a starting option with Glover out. Kevin Zeitler and Mekhi Becton are also options at right guard.
If the Packers need help from the practice squad in Week 8, gameday elevations would arrive Thursday.
The Panthers ruled out edge rusher Jaelan Phillips, guard Damien Lewis, cornerback Akayleb Evans and offensive lineman Torricelli Simpkins III on the final injury report.
