Green Bay Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper cleared concussion protocol and was removed from the injury report on Saturday, meaning he's good to go for Matt LaFleur's team against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4.
Cooper suffered the concussion during the Packers' 35-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, Sept. 24, placing him in the league's concussion protocol to start the week of prep for the Bucs. He got in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and was upgraded to a full participant on Friday, clearing the way for Cooper to pass protocol in time to play on Sunday.
Cooper has started all three games for the Packers in 2026, tallying 21 tackles, a team-high 6.0 tackles for loss and 2.0 sacks.
With Cooper cleared, the only questionable
player on the Packers injury report entering Sunday is rookie offensive lineman Jager Burton, who has a groin injury.
Offensive linemen Aaron Banks and Jacob Monk and defensive linemen Warren Brinson and Anthony Campbell are out. Brinson was placed on injured reserve on Saturday, meaning he'll miss at least four games, but LaFleur said the Packers are expecting Brinson to miss significant time after he slipped and suffered a groin injury at Wednesday's practice.
