Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft said it was "pretty disappointing" to hear boos from fans inside Lambeau Field throughout Thursday night's 35-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons in the home opener.
Restless fans at Lambeau Field rained down booed during several occasions as the Packers allowed 27 straight points and lost by three touchdowns, snapping the franchise's 13-game win streak in home openers and dropping the team's record to 1-7 over the last eight games.
"Yeah, it's pretty tough," Kraft said post game. "Everyone pictures Lambeau Field and...not boos. I don't picture boos when I picture my home stadium. That's tough. It's pretty disappointing...especially for a home opener. It's pretty disappointing. It's not going to help us win.
I don't know what people think, that's going to rally us or something like that. We're grown men, we're mentally strong enough, capable enough to get back on the field and play ball. But it would be much easier with 70,000 people behind instead of opposing us."

Kraft ran 40 routes but finished with only 26 receiving yards, and he dropped two passes, including an easy catch in the fourth quarter during garbage time.
Receiver Christian Watson had a different mindset on the boos inside Lambeau Field.
"I mean, it's tough. At the end of the day, it’s an entertainment business, so we have to put a better product out on the field if we want to have the fans have our back," Watson said. "Obviously, we like to think that the fans will be there through the ups and downs, but we’ve got to put out a better performance than that."
Watson, who had 96 yards and a touchdown, said the team's performance wasn't "anywhere near good enough" in the home opener.
