The Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will announce their inactive players 90 minutes before kickoff on Sunday afternoon, or roughly 10:30 a.m. CT. This post will update as more information on player availability is known and official gameday inactives for Week 4 are announced.
Both the Packers and Buccaneers have already ruled out four players for Sunday's showdown.
Football is a game of attrition, even early in the season. Here is who's in and who's out for the Packers and Buccaneers in Week 4:
Who is out for Packers and Buccaneers?
The Packers ruled out left guard Aaron Banks, offensive lineman Jacob Monk, defensive lineman Warren Brinson and defensive lineman Anthony Campbell on the final injury report released Friday. Brinson was placed on injured reserve on Saturday.
The team will also be without receiver Jayden Reed and right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele, who are out for the season and on injured reserve. Others who won't play for the Packers: edge rusher Micah Parsons and tight end Luke Musgrave are on the PUP list, receiver Savion Williams and edge rusher Collin Oliver are on injured reserve/designated to return, and running back Josh Jacobs is on the Commissioner's Exempt List.
The Buccaneers ruled out quarterback Baker Mayfield, edge rusher Reuben Bain Jr., cornerback Benjamin Morrison and tight end Ko Kieft on the final injury report. Receiver Jalen McMillan is on injured reserve. Without Mayfield on Sunday, the Buccaneers are planning to start rookie Jalon Daniels at quarterback.
Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper will play vs. Buccaneers
Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper cleared concussion protocol on Saturday, was removed from the injury report and will play against the Buccaneers. He suffered the concussion in Week 3 and entered the league's protocol. Cooper has 6.0 tackles for loss in three games and is the Packers' most disruptive defensive player with Micah Parsons out.
Packers inactives (updating)
- LG Aaron Banks (ruled out, toe/knee injury)
- OL Jacob Monk (ruled out, quad injury)
- DL Anthony Campbell (ruled out, ankle injury)
- Unknown player
Without Banks and Monk, two starters at guard, the Packers will likely starter newcomer Laken Tomlinson at left guard. It's possible Kevin Zeitler could start at right guard.
Buccaneers inactives (updating)
- QB Baker Mayfield (ruled out, thumb injury)
- EDGE Reuben Bain Jr. (ruled out, groin/shoulder injury)
- CB Benjamin Morrison (ruled out, quad injury)
- TE Ko Kieft (ruled out, elbow injury)
- Unknown player
