The Green Bay Packers released the team’s first injury report of Week 4 on Wednesday. The team will release two more injury reports, including a final injury report on Friday with official playing status designations before Sunday’s showdown with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Here’s everything to know from the Packers' first injury report of Week 4:
Packers injury report
- Did not participate: G Aaron Banks (knee/toe), DL Karl Brooks (illness), DL Anthony Campbell (ankle), OL Jacob Monk (quad)
- Limited participation: DL Warren Brinson (calf/groin), LB Edgerrin Cooper (shoulder/concussion), EDGE Lukas Van Ness (shoulder)
What to know
-- Aaron Banks still isn't able to practice, suggesting he won't play Sunday, and he isn't the only offensive lineman hurt: Jacob Monk has a new quad injury coming out of last week's loss and didn't practice on Wednesday. No wonder the Packers added three offensive linemen since last Thursday night. The performance hasn't been good enough and now Banks and Monk probably won't play against the Bucs.
-- Karl
Brooks is dealing with an illness, Anthony Campbell didn't practice after missing Week 3 and Warren Brinson returned from a calf injury but immediately added a new groin injury. The defensive line is in rough shape with only four days to go before a game in Florida.
-- Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper is in concussion protocol. He was a limited participant on Wednesday, but he'll need to pass protocol before he's cleared to play Sunday.
-- Lukas Van Ness has a new shoulder injury.
-- Since Week 3, the Packers removed Anthony Belton (elbow), Brandon Cisse (teeth), Javon Hargrave (concussion/knee), Donovan Jennings (hand), Bo Melton (neck) and Benjamin St-Juste (hamstring) from the injury report, while Zach Bako-Bewele and Jayden Reed have been placed on injured reserve.
Buccaneers injury report
The Buccaneers didn't have seven players at practice on Wednesday, including quarterback Baker Mayfield, receiver Chris Godwin and first-round pick Rueben Bain Jr.:
