The Tennessee Titans are off to yet another 0-3 start, their third consecutive with such a start. This time, they have back-to-back last second losses against NFC East teams to try to rebound from.
Cam Ward threw an interception in the end zone during the final seconds against the Giants and will now face their most difficult challenge thus far against the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens enter Week 4 at 2-1 after a last-second victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Brazil.
With former Titans running back Derrick Henry set to face his old team and Tennessee dealing with major offensive line injuries, here are six things to know about the Week 4 matchup.
1. Derrick Henry faces the Titans for the first time since leaving
The biggest storyline is Derrick Henry facing the franchise where he became a household name. Henry signed
with Baltimore in the 2024 offseason after establishing himself as one of the most productive running backs in Titans history.
Henry has continued producing with the Ravens. Through three games in 2026, he has recorded 301 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns. The Titans will need to limit Henry if they want to reverse the time of possession they have encountered during their first three outings this season.
2. The Titans are desperate for their first win
Entering Baltimore is not the place you want to be when you're 0-3 like the Tennessee Titans. They have been competitive in stretches, but need to find a way to close games.
The offense has scored just 37 points through three games, and that is the major point of concern, especially considering the Ravens have scored 92 points through their first three games. This game will a good time for the Titans offense to have a breakout performance.
3. Baltimore is coming off a last-second win in Brazil
The Ravens enter the matchup at 2-1 after defeating the Dallas Cowboys 34-31 in the NFL's first regular-season game in Rio de Janeiro. The victory over Dallas provided a response after that losing to the New Orleans Saints in their home opener in Week 2.
While it's a longshot, the Titans will have an opportunity to challenge Baltimore if they can capitalize on defensive stops and avoid the offensive mistakes that have plagued them through three weeks.
4. Tennessee has lost both its starting and backup right guards
The Titans' offensive line took a significant hit following the loss to the Giants with starting right guard Fernando Carmona and backup Jackson Slater both suffering injuries and being placed on injured reserve.
Tennessee promoted guard Garrett Dellinger to the active roster from the practice and added offensive lineman Nick Broeker to the practice squad in response. Wrong timing, but the team will have to figure out their replacement situation as both players will be out at least four weeks.
5. Lamar Jackson is Lamar Jackson
Having Henry and Lamar Jackson is a dangerous combo in the Ravens' backfield wit Jackson's ability to escape pressure and create explosive plays as a runner along with his passing ability.
For Tennessee, maintaining disciplined assignments will be important. If defenders overcommit to Henry, Jackson can exploit openings. So, the Titans' defensive front will need to remain disciplined to limit Baltimore's ability to control the clock.
6. Cam Ward faces another major test against Baltimore
Adversity is starting to set in for the 2025 No. 1 overall pick, as the Titans' offense is still searching for consistent production out of Ward. His second half performance against the Giants was what the franchise has been wanting to see, but he ended it with his first interception thrown in seven games.
Now he faces a Ravens defense that will look to take advantage of their depleted offensive line. It is time for Ward to have a complete game, and he will need help from his recievers and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll to get off to a quicker start than they have in three games this season.
