The Tennessee Titans have been busy shuffling their roster ahead of their Week 3 matchup with the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.
On Saturday, they announced that they have signed cornerback/safety Erick Hallett II from the practice squad to the active 53-man roster and waived linebacker Owen Pappoe in a corresponding move.
Pappoe could join the Titans’ practice squad if he clears waivers. Tennessee claimed the linebacker during the final cutdown period off waivers from the Arizona Cardinals.
This has been a whirlwind opening to the 2026 season for Hallett, who initially made the Titans’ 53-man roster out of camp, only to be waived and signed back to the practice squad quickly. Once on the practice squad, he has been elevated to game day in both
of Tennessee’s first two games, making a single tackle.
This signing likely serves as insurance for Cor’Dale Flott, who entered the weekend questionable after being limited all week with a quad injury.
