The Tennessee Titans fell to the New York Jets, 23-10, in their season opener on Sunday. It was a tough game to watch as the Titans couldn't generate much offense. Cam Ward spent much of the game running around trying to keep plays alive while his offensive line collapsed around him. He was visibly frustrated on the sideline and could be seen tossing a tablet after watching a play.
Head coach Robert Saleh looked frustrated on the sideline, and it's clear there are kinks this team needs to work out. Defeating the Jets in their home opener might have given this team some confidence ahead of the Philadelphia Eagles coming to town in Week 2, but they couldn't come away with a win. And when your team can't win against the Jets, confidence begins to waver.
