The Titans used both of their two standard practice squad elevations for the second consecutive week. Veteran safety Isaiah Oliver got his second straight call-up following the announcement that starting
safety Kevin Winston Jr. was ruled out with a quad injury.
Defensive lineman Timmy Horne also received a call-up, following the announcement that defensive lineman Jordan Elliott was ruled out due to personal reasons. Both players will likely get snaps on defense due to the nature of both positions having a need for players at their respective positions.
Oliver played 28 of a possible 62 snaps on defense last week with both Amani Hooker and Winston Jr. out. Elliott played 22 snaps on defense last week, and with how head coach Robert Saleh likes to rotate his defensive line, Horne will be in line to replace Elliott's snaps.
The Titans will take on the Colts at 1 PM EST/12 PM CST on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium, with FOX carrying it on TV.
