The college football season is underway and heading into Week 3, and NFL scouting departments are across the country evaluating talent ahead of the 2027 NFL Draft.
Unfortunately, like much of the inner workings of the Tennessee Titans under general manager Mike Borgonzi, tracking Tennessee’s scouts has been a challenge. While many franchises have been frequently seen in college stadiums, the Titans have not been quite as visible.
While there is no doubt that the majority of the Titans' revamped scouting department is out on the trail, and likely at some of the bigger games being tracked by different outlets, as was the case during the early portion of the college schedule, Tennessee has only been seen at a handful of contests.
Last week, Tennessee
had a known presence at two early-season matchups and got an up-close look at some interesting prospects. This week, it is much the same.
Here's a quick look at where the Titans had a confirmed scouting presence:
Virginia Tech vs. Maryland

While it's unclear who the scouts focused on, the top Maryland prospects for the 2027 NFL Draft are widely considered to be linebacker Dylan Wingate and tight end Preston Howard.
