The Tennessee Titans (1-5) host the Cleveland Browns (4-2) this Sunday at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, at 12:00 p.m. CST.
The Browns and Titans have met a total of 70 times dating back to 1970, and the Browns own the series 37-33; over the last five meetings, the teams are 5-5. The Titans won the game in 2025 by a mere two points, but this isn't the same Browns team they'll see in 2026.
With DeShaun Watson under center, the Browns have looked like a real football team again and currently sit atop the AFC North, although that's only because, alphabetically, C comes before P. The Pittsburgh Steelers have the exact same record and remain neck-and-neck with the Browns.
The Titans are coming off their first win of the season, and they'll
look to capitalize on the momentum they started to build in Week 6. The Browns seek to remain atop the AFC North, and a win on the road will only further that goal.
If you're in the yellow area of the map, you'll see the Titans and Browns Week 7 matchup on your local CBS station.

Getting the call for this game is Andrew Catalon (play-by-play), Logan Ryan (analyst), and A.J. Ross (sideline reporter).
