Tennessee Titans rookie linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. is already making a huge impact just two games into his NFL career. The 60th overall pick of the 2026 NFL Draft took advantage of a starting opportunity in Week 1 to become the established starter going forward.
Hill and Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie Josiah Trotter are the first rookie linebackers since Fred Warner in 2018 to record at least 10 tackles in each of their first two career games.

Hill, specifically,
recorded 16 tackles in his NFL debut against the New York Jets before adding another 10 tackles against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2 to give him an NFL-leading 26 total tackles through his first two games.
He also had 2 passes defensed and another play where he forced a fumble and recovered it, before the ruling was overturned as an incomplete pass in Week 1. The production Hill has given has made him one of the Titans' most active defenders.
Hill is one of three Titans defenders (Kevin Winston Jr. and Alontae Taylor are the other two) who have played all 143 defensive snaps through the team's first two games. With Tennessee heading into Week 3 against the New York Giants, the rookie will look to continue one of the most productive starts by a first-year linebacker in recent NFL history.
