The Tennessee Titans secured their second preseason win on Sunday evening when they hosted the Seattle Seahawks at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. Seahawks starting quarterback Sam Darnold did not play, among others, and the Titans also didn't play several starters.
The 19-16 victory over the reigning Super Bowl champions provided more insight into what the Titans might look like in 2026, and also showed that there are still areas of opportunity where the team (and individual players) can improve even more. The starters who did play for the Titans were limited in the number of snaps they took, which provided time for depth and rotational pieces to get additional playing time.
Here's a look at the snap counts for the Titans' victory over
the Seahawks.
- Offensive snaps: 80
- Defensive snaps: 51
- Special teams snaps: 27
Second-year right guard Garrett Dellinger logged the most offensive snaps with 40; rookie linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. led the defense with 35 snaps, and undrafted rookie linebacker Mani Powell logged the most special teams snaps with 15.
The number of snaps taken by players was pretty even overall, which is normal during the preseason. When the regular season starts in two weeks, the snap counts will be much more lopsided as the starters will play the majority of those snaps.
