It’s old home week again as the Tennessee Titans prepare to face the New York Giants on Sunday at MetLife Stadium. One of those who is front and center in this weird offseason-generated rivalry is new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, who spent the past few seasons roaming the sidelines as the head coach of the Giants.
Ahead of practice, Daboll met with the media to talk about the offense and his feelings heading into this matchup.

“I’ve faced a lot of former teams before. It’s a one-week season every week. So, you’ve got to put everything you’ve got into it. You’ve got to get ready for the scheme, new coordinators on their end, different players.”
Daboll is saying all the
right things ahead of this game with the Giants, but somewhere deep inside, there must be a little extra energy to develop a game plan that lets Tennessee come out on top. The Titans desperately need a win, and there is no doubt Daboll would like to send the Giants a parting gift, thanking them for the opportunity to be an NFL head coach.
All the talk will soon end when the two teams meet for some Week 3 action.
