One storyline to watch this week is how some Titans players handle the media when talking about the multiple former coaches now on John Harbaugh’s New York Giants staff. Not only is former defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson running that unit with the Giants, but former head coach Brian Callahan is also their quarterbacks coach.
On Wednesday following practice, Cam Ward opened up a bit on his thoughts on Callahan, who coached him through half of his rookie season.

"He's a players' coach; he's very upfront with everything. He helped me get better with a lot of things, and he's helped elevate my game."
Ward’s relationship with Callahan is likely very different from that of many
of his other teammates. Callahan worked directly with Ward from the time he came to Nashville following the draft, up until he was fired midseason. While fans can debate Callahan and his results as the Titans head coach, honestly, they may need to send him a thank-you card for drafting Ward and possibly landing the future of the organization.
