The Tennessee Titans' best start to a game this season was met with more disappointment as they fell to the Cleveland Browns 27-24. They led 14-0 in the first quarter and had an opportunity to go up at least 20-7 in the second quarter but were stuffed on all four downs at the one-yard line.
Titans running back Tony Pollard had his best game of the season with 129 rushing yards and three touchdowns, but Tennessee's defense had its worst performance of the season. They only sacked Cleveland QB Deshaun Watson one time and conceded 491 total yards, despite forcing two takeaways early in the game.
After a fairly entertaining game, by Tennessee Titans standards, here is how fans reacted to the loss to the Cleveland Browns at Nissan Stadium.
I mean this
is a clear false start https://t.co/JDiWT2Mh7Q

Refs called everything all game but decide to ignore the most obvious false start I’ve seen in my life.

If I have to tweet this every week for the rest of the season I will: Just happy we’re not going 0-17 🙃😅#TitanUp

We lost the game when they stopped us at the goal line in the 2nd quarter #TitanUp

Once again the Titans are showing growth while also grossly showing how they’re still growing.

So sad. I’m so tired of watching the Titan’s lose.
