While the big news from the Tennessee Titans facility on Tuesday was the release of veteran defensive tackle Jordan Elliott after an undisclosed incident last week, the team made a couple of other small moves on its practice squad.
The Titans brought back defensive back Erick Hallett, who was waived Saturday to make room for cornerback Joshua Williams, to the practice squad for a second time in 2026, and waived linebacker Chase Wilson.
Hallett has had an interesting season, making the initial 53, being waived and added to the practice squad, being elevated, re-signed to the 53-man roster, and now waived and added back. The 26-year-old defensive back saw action in five games for the Titans and made two total tackles (one solo).
The Titans return
to the field Wednesday as they begin preparing for their Week 7 matchup with the Cleveland Browns at Nissan Stadium, aiming to stack consecutive wins for the first time in over two seasons.
