The Tennessee Titans already have plenty of questions to answer after their disappointing Week 1 loss to the New York Jets. With a tough Week 2 battle on the horizon with the Philadelphia Eagles coming to town, ESPN's Ben Solak has offered a prediction that could make Titans fans even more nervous.
Solak predicts the Titans will not score any points against the Eagles. His thinking stemmed from a combination of their abysmal showing against the Jets and the Eagles' defensive line being an even bigger threat than the Jets' line. He specifically outlined their various lack of functionality on offense in his explanation.

The Titans are 7-point underdogs to the Eagles with a projected total of 39.5 points, according to DraftKings. That means the sportsbook is projecting the Titans to score around 15.5 points. Under, under, under.
Is An Offensive Shutout Really Possible?
Seven NFL teams went scoreless in a game last season, including... the Tennessee Titans in their Week 4 matchup against the Houston Texans. Solak also recalled the New York Giants displaying a bad offense in their Week 1 games in each of the last three seasons.
The common denominator? Titans offensive coordinator Brian Daboll was the Giants' head coach in each of those seasons.
That history, combined with what Solak saw from Tennessee's offense against the Jets, is what makes his Week 2 prediction concerning. The Titans offense struggled to consistently create anything, making the possibility of a shutout against an Eagles defense that generated 19 pressures in Week 1 feel less far-fetched than it should.
