The Tennessee Titans followed up a 0-4 start to the 2025 NFL season with another 0-4 start to the 2026 NFL season, after losing to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. Their offense got off to a faster start than in their previous three games, but failed to convert critical opportunities to keep the game close in the first half.
After scoring only 10 points for most of the game, a late touchdown and two-point conversion made their 18-point total seem more reasonable. However, quarterback Cam Ward and wide receiver Carnell Tate flashed a strong connection throughout the game, giving the tandem confidence moving forward.
Here’s a look at the snap counts from Tennessee's Week 4 loss to the Ravens.

- Offensive snaps: 64
- Defensive snaps: 64
- Special teams snaps: 26
A 17-0 second-quarter run from the Ravens was too much
for the Titans to overcome. A key play that led to their final three points of the half was a fumble by Tate after a huge 33-yard completion. As unfortunate as that play was, it was nearly the only blemish on his coming-out party.
The fourth overall pick of the 2026 NFL draft led the Titans wide receivers in snap counts for the fourth consecutive game to open the season and caught nine passes for 145 yards. Despite the loss, the Titans should be excited about the potential he showed to be a premier wideout in the NFL.
While another loss continues to bring more questions than answers to a Titans fanbase hanging on for dear life, they have some bright spots to give them a little bit of hope. Next up, the Titans host another 0-4 team, the Houston Texans, in an AFC South rivalry battle of the winless.
