The Tennessee Titans wrapped up their training camp with a joint practice against the Chicago Bears, and while that was a major milestone heading into the 2026 season, it was somewhat overshadowed by another show of support for franchise legend Chris Johnson and his heartbreaking ALS diagnosis.
In Thursday night's matchup between the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams, Chargers running back Gregory Desrosiers capped off his outstanding evening with a tribute to Johnson during a touchdown celebration.

While many fans, friends, former teammates, and national outlets have weighed in with support by accepting his call and completing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, this is the first time his signature
celebration has been performed in-game as a show of respect for one of the best backs of his generation.
There is still much to be done to raise awareness of this complex and devastating disease, and Johnson continues to inspire. The Titans will officially recognize Johnson’s greatness and importance to the franchise when they induct him into the franchise's Ring of Honor during the 2026 regular-season opener against the New York Jets on September 13.
