The Tennessee Titans welcomed five new members to the organization on Monday after waiver claims and signings, and those players should hit the field when the team officially kicks off regular-season practice at Vanderbilt Football Health Center.
These additions will likely also lead to some churning on the practice squad once the waiver process is complete, but those should be familiar faces. With the new additions come new jersey numbers, including one change for a veteran who made the final 53-man roster.
The Titans announced that safety Tony Adams would change his number from 38 to 29 for the regular season, and revealed the numbers of the newest additions.
- S Terrell Burgess - 38
- CB Melvin Smith Jr. - 39
- LB Owen Pappoe - 40
- T James Hudson III - 59
- DT Nazir Stackhouse - 93
