The Orlando Magic (1-2) continue their road trip on Wednesday for the first of two games against the Toronto Raptors (2-1), and if you want to catch the action live, you’re in the right place.
The Magic picked up their first win of the season on Sunday after overcoming a choppy start, knocking off the New York Knicks 111-102 at Madison Square Garden. It marked their first victory under first-time head coach Sean Sweeney.
Orlando trailed 12-0 early after missing their first eight shots of the game. They rallied back to within one possession several times, but they wouldn't take their first lead until the 7:25 mark of the fourth quarter on a Franz Wagner free throw.
Wagner scored 21 of his 23 total points in the fourth quarter as the Magic outscored
the Knicks 40-27, including a 35-16 run to finish. Desmond Bane scored 22 points, Tristan da Silva added 19 points and Anthony Black debuted with 18 points, five assists and three rebounds.
Without starter Paolo Banchero, the Magic lost another when Jalen Suggs was forced out late in the game with a knee injury. The Magic announced Monday that Suggs will be reevaluated in two weeks after suffering a mild right knee bone bruise.
The Magic and Raptors are meeting for the first of four regular-season matchups. Toronto won the series last year 2-1 and has won five of the last six games overall.
