Cardinals CB Will Johnson vs. Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Smith-Njigba is the reigning Offensive Player of the Year, and he had eight catches for 122 yards and a touchdown against the New England Patriots in the Seahawks' Week 1 win.
Drew Lock will look for him often. Can Johnson limit him at all?
Seahawks DL Leonard Williams vs. Isaiah Adams/Jon Gaines
Williams absloutely wrecked the Cardinals in a game two years ago with 2.5 sacks, and it was against Adams. Adams is questionable for the game with a knee injury but practiced all week, so he might make his regular-season 2026 debut. Williams is one of the most disruptive defensive linemen in the league.
Cardinals RB Jeremiyah Love vs. Seahawks RB Jadarian Price
They won't go against each other, but both were Notre Dame teammates and both are important to their team's rushing attack. Price is the clear No. 1 and rushed for 52 yards on 10 attempts in Week 1. Love shares duties with Tyler Allgeier, and he rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown on 11 attempts.
Who will outshine the other?
Cardinals TE Trey McBride vs. Seahawks S Julian Love
McBride had nine catches for 95 yards and a touchdown in Week 1. Love covered Patriots tight end Hunter Henry in Week 1. McBride is the No. 1 guy in the passing game. Will Love, a fine safety, make plays on him?
Cardinals DL Dante Still/Walter Nolen vs. Seahawks RG Anthony Bradford
Bradford is the Seahawks' weak link on the offensive line. Stills and Nolen will have to take advantage to make plays agianst the run and pressuring Lock.
