The New York Giants opened their practice week Wednesday for Sunday’s game at home against the Arizona Cardinals and released their first injury report of the week.
The biggest news for the Giants this week was the loss of a top talent for the season for the second consecutive week. In Week 2, it was quarterback Jaxson Dart. That was followed by edge rusher Brian Burns, who suffered a torn ACL in the Week 3 win over the Titans, and was placed on injured reserve.
The full details of the Giants' Wednesday injury report are below. Starters are noted with an asterisk.

- *LT Andrew Thomas (groin)
- RB Tyrone Tracy (knee)
Head coach John Harbaugh said Thomas “should be fine” after playing all 64 snaps against Tennessee. Asked if this might be a weekly thing for Thomas, Harbaugh said,
“I don't know. I don't have a crystal ball on that.”
Tracy played only one offensive snap against the Titans, but did have 16 (70 percent) on special teams. Harbaugh said, “I don't think it's going to be serious. We'll see. We'll know more. It's just kind of a day-to-day thing.”

Banks was inactive the last two games and has been replaced by rookie second-round pick Colton Hood. Nubin was inactive last week and was replaced by Ar’Darius Washington.
