Can they pull off the upset?
Well, here are my predictions for the game.
Cardinals-Cowboys Week 8 predictions
The Cowboys are a tough matchup for the Cardinals. While the Cowboys have struggled defensively, they have offensive playmakers both in the run game (Javonte Williams) and the pass game (Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens). This reminds me of the Cardinals' game against the Detroit Lions. Detroit was very good offensively and had a bad pass defense.
They smoked the Cardinals in a 45-21 win.
The Cardinals have a chance to have success offensively, especially with the return of running back Jeremiyah Love, but they have a backup rookie left
tackle in Jayden Williams and are on the fourth-string right guard — Hayden Conner. That isn't ideal.
While the Cardinals will be able to move the ball some, they won't be able to keep up with the Cowboys, who will likely be able to score at will.
Prediction: Cowboys 42, Cardinals 24
For those who like to gamble, take the Cowboys to cover the -7 and take the Over (54.5).
