The Arizona Cardinals concluded the practice week Friday in preparation for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers and released their final injury report of Week 1.
Starting right guard Isaiah Adams, slot cornerback Garrett Williams and safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson were all ruled out, and rookie running back Jeremiyah Love is questionable.
The full details of their final injury report are below. After each player’s injury, there is the daily status, which is either no status (NS), did not practice (DNP), limited (LIM) or FULL. Starters are noted with an asterisk.

Ruled out
- *RG Isaiah Adams (knee): DNP, DNP, DNP
- S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (ribs): LIM, DNP, DNP
- CB Garrett Williams (Achilles): LIM, LIM, LIM
Head coach Mike LaFleur said Adams is “trending well,” but not yet ready to play. In his place, Jon Gaines II will get the start. "He's played a lot of football,” LaFleur said.
“I think Gaines is a really good football player and he's got the look in his eye that it's not going to be too big for him. He’ll be ready to roll."
Questionable
- RB Jeremiyah Love (ankle): LIM, LIM, LIM
LaFleur also described Love as “trending well,” although the belief is he’ll play. If he does, the number of snaps is to be determined. Love said Thursday, "If they want to put me out there, I'm going to go out and play, whether my ankle feels 100 percent, 50 percent, 70 percent. I just want to play football. I'll fight my hardest to be out there every game this season."

Sweat practiced in full Friday and on the team’s radio affiliate, ArizonaSports 98.7 FM, general manager Monti Ossenfort revealed Friday that Sweat had an offseason procedure, believed to be on his knee, and that at this time he’s in "a great spot."
