The Arizona Cardinals have already played one preseason game, as they were part of the Hall of Fame Game last week. The regular preseason schedule starts this week, and their three remaining regular preseason games will be televised locally.
In the regular season, TV broadcasts are handled by the networks and have network broadcasters. In the preseason, the TV broadcasts will be by the team.
The Cardinals' three remaining preseason games will air on Arizona Family on CBS-5. Their remaining preseason games are the following:
- Arizona Cardinals at Las Vegas Raiders, Thursday, Aug. 13, 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. Arizona time)
- Dallas Cowboys at Arizona Cardinals, Saturday, Aug. 22, 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. Arizona time)
- Arizona Cardinals at Green Bay Packers, Friday, Aug. 22, 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. Arizona time)
All three games will be on CBS-5. There will be a 30-minute pregame show hosted by Mark McClune.
The TV broadcast team will have Paul Calvisi doing play-by-play, former Cardinals linebacker and current ESPN analyst Sam Acho as analyst and Dani
Sureck as a sideline reporter.
The Cardinals' game against the Cowboys will also air on NFL Network, using the Cardinals' TV broadcast.
The radio team of play-by-play announcer J.P Shadrick and analyst A.Q. Shipley will call both preseason and regular-season games.
In the past, the regular radio team would do preseason TV broadcasts with Calvisi and an analyst as the alternate radio team. It appears they will wait to do that with Shadrick and Shipley, if they decide to do it at all.
