Evans suffered a hip injury last week in the 49ers' 35-13 win over the Miami Dolphins. He had three receptions for 54 yards before exiting the game. He did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, but he was a limited participant on Friday before being listed officially questionable on the 49ers' final injury report.
