The Arizona Cardinals released their Week 7 inactive list 90 minutes before kicking off against the Denver Broncos at State Farm Stadium. Almost all the players they deactivated were no surprise.
Running back Jeremiyah Love, guard Jon Gaines, safety Andrew Wingard and defensive tackle Walter Nolen were all ruled out on the Cardinals' final injury report. They were among the inactives.
Safety Budda Baker, questionable to play with a groin injury, was left active and would start. However, cornerback Max Melton, questionable to play with a knee injury, would not suit up.

With Gaines out, second-year guard Hayden Conner will get the start at right guard. With no other backup center, Kingsley Eguakun, elevated from the practice squad on Saturday, will serve

Reese was claimed off waivers this past week, but isn't ready to play. Tackles Jedrick Wills and Josh Fryar are the other backup linemen.
With Melton out, Kei'Trel Clark will likely start at cornerback opposite Denzel Burke. Star Thomas, who has been active the last three games, will also play.
The Cardinals are keeping six defensive linemen active — Dante Stills, Roy Lopez, L.J. Collier, Darius Robinson, Andrew Billings and recently elevated Jared Harrison-Hunte. Robinson was questionable to play with a back injury.
