The Arizona Cardinals concluded their practice week Friday in preparation for Sunday’s game in San Francisco against the 49ers and released their final injury report of the week.
Slot cornerback Garrett Williams, who suffered a torn Achilles in Week 16 last season against the Falcons, was inactive for the first two games of the season. After having eight limited practices, he worked fully Friday and has no injury status. When asked about Williams prior to Friday’s practice, head coach Mike LaFleur said, “We’ll see what Sunday has in store, but he’s gotten better every week. I like where he’s trending.”

Lopez was limited in two practices last week and did not practice in another, but played with an injured groin. This week, he was upgraded to limited on Friday after not practicing the previous two days. LaFleur said, “Roy’s doing good. We’ll see on Sunday.”
