The Arizona Cardinals play the Seattle Seahawks Sunday in Week 9, kicking off from Lumen Field in Seattle at 4:25 p.m. ET (2:25 p.m. Arizona time). They placed running back Jeremiyah Love on injured reserve this week after he suffered a high ankle sprain in Week 8. That means some of the offensive load would now go to Bam Knight, the second-string running back now behind Tyler Allgeier.
Bam Knight suffered a concussion in last week's win over the Dallas Cowboys. He was on the injury report all week.
Is Bam Knight playing today?
Knight did not practice at all this week and was ruled out of the Week 9 game against the Seahawks on their final injury report of the week. He must clear league concussion protocol, which means going symptom-free before working out, then remaining
symptom-free after each ramping up.
How long is Bam Knight out?
Knight is week-to-week and day-to-day. It all depends on how quickly he can clear the different steps of the protocol. He must work his way up to a full practice and remain symptom-free.
In the meantime, against the Seahawks, Evan Hull will be Allgeier's backup and Jerome Ford was elevated from the practice squad to be their third running back.
