Week 10 of the College Football season has a loaded slate on the docket. After a Halloween weekend full of upsets, this week could be another crazy one. That's certainly the case with the Clemson Tigers facing the Syracuse Orange.
Clemson (5-3, 3-2 in ACC) has seen better days under Dabo Swinney, but the Tigers are still winning. They came back to win against UNC and won on the road against Cal and Florida State. The game last week against the Seminoles was the most complete display they'd shown. Tait Reynolds had three total touchdowns, while the defense picked off Ashton Daniels three times.
Syracuse (4-4, 2-4 in ACC) has seen their stock rise recently. After looking dead in the water with four straight losses in ACC play, they came through
and won against UNC and SMU. Both games were won by clutch heroics by the offense, with Syracuse needing an overtime two-point conversion to win against UNC and the Orange marching throwing the game-winning touchdown with 14 seconds left against SMU.

This is a big game for the Tigers' offense. Outside of the Florida State game, it hasn't been optimal this season. Are they going to show up against a beatable Syracuse secondary, or are they going to have to just rely on their defense?
The Syracuse offense has ironed out the bad plays offensively. Steve Angeli had one touchdown and five interceptions against Pitt and Cal, but he's had three touchdowns and no interceptions against SMU and UNC.
Still, I think Clemson's road success comes in handy against Syracuse. I think they can cause turnovers, and the offense can be just good enough to win them the game. The sting of last season's defeat is in the minds of a few, so they're not going to take this matchup lightly. I think Clemson wins the game by a low score.
