One positive development for Rutgers was that their offense got going last week against USC, but quarterback Dylan Lonergan threw two interceptions and completed just 50% of his passes.
The Scarlet Knights shouldn't be in danger of losing this game, but it's hard to have confidence that they will run Howard out of the building in this game.
