We're set for a Mountain West showdown in El Paso on Saturday night.
The UTEP Miners (1-5, 0-2 Mountain West) have had another rough start to the season. They've dropped four in a row and haven't beaten an FBS team as all five losses have come by at least 17 points. They look to change that in Week 7 with the San Jose State Spartans (3-3, 1-1 Mountain West) coming to town.
The Spartans won their MWC opener at Hawaii but suffered a frustrating loss in overtime to Wyoming last week.
If you are looking for some betting advice for the matchup, we've got you covered. Here are the latest odds for the game, courtesy of FanDuel.

UTEP vs. San Jose State prediction, pick:
UTEP has problems on both sides of the ball and is the worst team in college football on an EPA/play
basis. Its offense ranks dead last nationally with just 257 yards per game, and its scoring defense ranks 135th. Its quarterback, EJ Colson Jr., is also questionable in this one. If he doesn't play, Raymond Moore will get the start.
San Jose State's offense isn't great, but it still has a solid quarterback in Luke Weaver and a bellcow running back in Jabari Bates, whose 120 carries rank fourth nationally. Considering UTEP lost to Nevada, I doubt it can get the better of the Spartans.
Prediction: San Jose State 30, UTEP 17
Best Bet: SJSU -6.5
