on, as head coach Tyson Helton has led Western Kentucky to a winning record in each of his last five seasons with the program. The Aggies, on the other hand, have stumbled out of the gate every season under third-year coach Tony Sanchez.
Last year's matchup was a rout in favor of the Hilltoppers, who crushed the Aggies 35-16 at home. Western Kentucky quarterback Rodney Tisdale Jr. threw for over 301 yards and four touchdowns in that contest.
Given the Hilltoppers' winning pedigree over the last few years, and Tisdale's continued presence as Western Kentucky's signal caller, taking the Hilltoppers and the points on the road feels like the most prudent play in this Thursday night clash. It'll be hard to trust the Aggies until they have a demonstrated sample size of success.
