Akron Zips football coach Joe Moorhead will have some unique help ahead of their home opener on Sept. 12 against Robert Morris.
USA TODAY Sports reports that the Zips will allow one lucky fan to collaborate with Moorhead to script Akron's opening offensive drive against Robert Morris. Current Zips season-ticket holders are automatically entered into a random drawing.
The winner will be announced on Aug. 19.
"I'm looking forward to collaborating with the season ticket holder who wins this contest," Moorhead said in a news release. "This will give our fans a behind-the-scenes experience that has never been done before anywhere, so I'm excited to show them how to put together the opening script and see what they can do."

Akron starts its season on Sept. 3 against Wake Forest, and it'll be interesting to see if Moorhead and the lucky fan alter the script if any injuries or trends pop up from their first game.
